Payment Methods
The currently accepted payment methods are Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and similar ones. Once order has been received, we will first bring out the items, double check their quality(we do that for international orders) and pass you a photo of packed items. Will then pass you payment details.

Order Process
Step 1– Place Order. Add Items to cart and shipping charges will be displayed on ‘Checkout Page’ after you choose your country. First kg is expensive, additional Kgs are priced comparatively lower. If your country is not listed in the order form, kindly contact us on whatsapp +92-312-2607150 for charges.
Step 2- Whatsapp Contact- Kindly contact us at +92-312-2607150 from your whatsapp number.
Step 3– Packed Items photo– Once your order has been received, we will bring out the items, do a second quality check(We do that for international orders, even though they are kept pre-marked with SKUs and Quality checked date and other info). We will send you a photo of the packed items to verify that they are ready to be shipped.
Step 4– Payment Info– Will send you payment info on whatsapp. Once payment has been received, will dispatch the order and pass you tracking number.
Returns, Refunds & Alternate Products- International
We take utmost care in rechecking quality of products being delivered to international customers. In case of defective or wrong products delivered, we will deliver replacement products. The originally shipped product will Not have to be shipped back to us.
We are currently accepting payments via Western Union, MoneyGram and other similar channels. Until we start accepting credit card payments, we do not have an option for refunds. Only mode of compensation will be sending alternate items.
Claims for defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package. Compensations are possible in the following scenarios only and must meet our below mentioned terms.
Acceptable Reasons for Alternate Products shipping
- The product is defective.
- Wrong product delivered.
Reasons not Acceptable
- Due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might not be exactly (slightly vary) compared to how they are visible on your screen. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return/refund.
- Minor difference in sizes of various products might be there, since these are handcrafted products and do not go through a standardized production line. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return.
- There are no refunds for change of mind.
- Washable stains. Please note that these items are made in small workshops in villages and other small towns, with items often lying around on ground. We do take care of ensuring that no major stains exist on the products, specially so with international orders. However in case of minor stains(washable ones), there will be no refund or alternate product sent.
- Each product description has disclaimers mentioned. Kindly read those while ordering the product. Any reason that falls within the product specific description, will also not be considered for compensation.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- In case the reason falls under above mentioned ‘Acceptable reasons for return’, we will ship an alternate product. Shipping charges for the product will NOT be charged from you.
- In case, a similar product is not available, an alternate product of similar or higher(price difference payable) value will have to be selected from our store.
Procedure for Claims
- Contact us via Whatsapp to detail the reason for requesting a refund.
- Send us photos of the defect via Email, Whatsapp or our Facebook page.
Exchange
There is no Exchange Policy for International Orders.
