- Shipping charges calculation– After adding Items to cart, shipping charges will be displayed on ‘Checkout Page’ after you choose your country. Charges are based on weight of items in the cart. - Payment- After entering the shipping address details, you will be redirected to our Payment processing partner’s website. Once payment has been safely completed, you will be redirected back to our website and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Rechecking and dispatch- Once order has been received, we will first bring out the items, double check their quality(we do that for international orders) before dispatching. If you wish, we can pass you a photo of packed items before dispatching to verify for your satisfaction that the items are exactly as ordered. Will pass you tracking number once order has been dispatched.

International Orders Currency
For International orders, please choose and pay in your own currency. Orders paid in PKR won’t be acceptable and will be refunded. You will be charged the exact amount being shown in your currency. No additional extra charges will be deducted.
In case, your country’s currency is not in the list, then you can pay in any currency including PKR.

All orders are dispatched through couriers and tracking link is provided. Proof of delivery is also obtained by courier.
Though there is usually no customs duty for small packages, however we still clarify to our international customers that in case, any duty is applied by customs in their country, it will be payable by them. For UAE and Canada, duty is applied to all packages, payable at customer’s end.
Remote Area Surcharge
For international orders- towns and cities that are classified as remote areas by DHL and other shipping companies, a remote area surcharge will be applicable. The shipping charges displayed on checkout are for regular delivery areas and do not include remote areas surcharges. In case, such an order is received in our system, we ask the customer for payment of the additional amount of the surcharge. In case, customer does not agree to pay that, order payment received via card will be refunded.
If your shipping address is of a far away locality from main regional centers, please contact us prior to placing the order. We can check in the system and guide if it is classified as ‘Remote area’ and we can give you an estimate of applicable shipping charges.
International payments can be made using Visa and Master card when checking out on our website. You will be redirected to our payment processing partner company’s website, where your payment will be securely processed and you will be redirected back to our site.
Returns & Refunds- International
We take the utmost care in rechecking quality of products being delivered to international customers. In case of defective or wrong products delivered, we will issue a refund. The originally shipped product will Not have to be shipped back to us. In case, order had multiple items and one item is defective, the item price will be refunded. And if any additional shipping charges were charged for weight of that item, that will be refunded too. i.e. if weight of that item caused additional shipping charges to be applied in the order, that will be refunded too.
Once we have refunded, you will get an intimation from the card processing company that the refund process has been initiated. It can take 1 to 7 days for the refund to show in your account. That is the time frame mentioned by card processing company.
Claims for defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package. Compensations are possible in the following scenarios only and must meet our below mentioned terms.
Acceptable Reasons for Refund
- The product is defective.
- Wrong product delivered.
Reasons not Acceptable
- Due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might not be exactly (slightly vary) compared to how they are visible on your screen. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return/refund.
- Minor difference in sizes of various products might be there, since these are handcrafted products and do not go through a standardized production line. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return.
- There are no refunds for change of mind.
- Washable stains. Please note that these items are made in small workshops in villages and other small towns, with items often lying around on ground and gather dust and other minor stains. We take care of ensuring that no major stains exist on the products, specially so with international orders. However in case of minor stains(washable ones), there will be no refund.
- Each product description has disclaimers mentioned. Kindly read those while ordering the product. Any reason that falls within the product specific description, will also not be considered for compensation.

Due to costs of shipping involved, exchange is not feasible for international shipments.
