Educational and Skills Requirements

Office Assistant

  • Minimum Qualification- Intermediate.
  • Typing- Proper QWERTY style, NOT pointing each finger on keys style.
  • Basic computer skills like Email communication, browsing etc.
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop(Or at least willing to learn).
  • Ability to write grammatically correct English would be a plus.
  • Customer support experience would be a plus.
  • 1 yrs experience, but can be waived for well qualified and skilled candidates.

Other Requirements

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, ability to follow instructions and a desire to learn.
  • A resident of Maymar and nearby societies.
  • Must be able to commute to office on time, ideally should have own bike for timely arrival.
  • Office Location : Gulshan-e-Maymar.
  • Apologies to ladies. This job opening is only for male candidates as currently operating from a home based environment. Will only be able to offer jobs to ladies once move to a more professional setting.

Job Description

  • Processing orders, updating products and adding new ones in the E-Commerce system. (Training will be provided).
  • Inventory management. (Training will be provided).
  • Replying to customer queries on FB page, Phone and Whatsapp.
  • Booking shipments in Courier portals(training will be provided), printing invoices, shipping labels and readying packages for pickup.
  • Photography of products and editing. (Training will be provided)
  • Assistance in any other tasks related to office management.

Timings and Leaves

  • Timings 10am to 6pm with 1 Hour break. Nearby residing team members can go home for break.
  • Saturday is quarter day work. 2hrs work, 10am to 12 Noon.
  • 3 Paid Sick/Emergency leaves and 3 paid half days leave in each Quarter(3 months period).
  • Fixed arrival and leaving time. No unpaid overtime work.


  • Salary Range- Between 25k and 30k depending on skill level.
  • Salary payment always on time.
